How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders will take anywhere from 4-6 weeks upon submission for you to receive your order. If you need the order sooner than this, please email shawnb@thebradco.com with the timing and information for the order.
Am I able to make changes to an order I already submitted?
If you are in need of a change, please email shawnb@thebradco.com ASAP. If the order has already been processed we will inform you at the time of your email.
What happens if a product is on backorder?
Our team will notify you in the event of a backordered item and contact you when the item becomes available to ship.
What is the status of my order?
You can check your order status by logging into your account and click into your Dashboard to view your Order History.
There was a problem with my order. What should I do?
To talk to someone about your order, please email shawnb@thebradco.com with the Subject line of: “Post Delivery Problem.”
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Our freight carriers are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time.
Do you offer free shipping if my order is over a certain dollar amount?
At this time we are not able to offer free shipping for orders.
What are my shipping options?
Our standard carrier is UPS. We can offer Ground, Next Day Air Saver and 2nd Day Air.
Am I able to drop ship/ship to multiple locations?
Yes, please reach out to us at shawnb@thebradco.com so we can make sure to support your order and delivery needs.
What is your return policy?
Orders cannot be returned as these items have been customized to a specific request, except if there is a product or imprint issue. All issues must be communicated to shawnb@thebradco.com within 7 days of delivery.
Do you have other products not listed on the store?
If you are looking for something that is not shown on the store, please email shawnb@thebradco.com for further information.
I like an item on the store but I want it in a different color, pattern, etc. Can I order a different design?
The items shown on the website have been created and designed in a certain way for a reason. If you have a special request, please email shawnb@thebradco.com and we will work together to see if we are able to accommodate your request.
Am I able to buy less than the amount that is shown on the website?
Each item shown on the website is listed at the absolute minimum that can be ordered. If the minimum quantity is larger than you need, we suggest ordering the minimum and keeping them for future use.
